Guenther,
the Patriarch of the family, is a 40+-year carpenter with experience
in all facets of carpentry, including rough in, finish, commercial,
residential and remodeling. His favorite thing about being a carpenter
is the challenge. Finish carpentry is his true love now, though he has
also enjoyed framing, setting roofs, hanging doors and building stairs
throughout his career. His hobby is working, but he also enjoys making
whirligigs, wind chimes, doll cradles, plate, spoon and thimble display cases, shelves and doing engraving. He lives to work and he works to live.
